Known for her talent in building strong channel partnerships and leading high-performing teams, she played a key role in launching and rebranding products across multiple markets.
After leaving 3M, Janae successfully managed a multimillion-dollar dental practice, helping grow revenue by empowering her team and cultivating a positive, purpose-driven workplace culture.
Now focused on real estate, Janae brings her passion for people and business strategy into this new chapter, driven by a vision to build generational wealth.
Based in Austin, Janae enjoys life surrounded by her two sons, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. Outside of work, she can be found cheering for Austin FC and the USWNT, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.
